PestNow Central Virginia How PestNow Central Virginia turned fragmented digital activity into a measurable local growth system
AMG connected local search, a dedicated regional website, paid campaigns, content, lead tracking, and automated booking so PestNow could see how multiple channels contributed to demand.
01 / Situation Start with the real starting point.
PestNow had an established brand and some digital activity, but Central Virginia lacked one clear local growth system. Access to Meta, Google, and other assets was fragmented across prior vendors, and the regional team lacked a dedicated website connecting service-area SEO, campaigns, call tracking, form capture, and direct booking.
The problem was not a lack of market demand. Local digital infrastructure was difficult to manage, measure, and improve as one system.
02 / Connected system Connect the parts around shared priorities.
The work below shows how the website, visibility, acquisition, and follow-up fit the situation—not a list of disconnected tactics.
AMG launched a dedicated PestNow Central Virginia website and built local service-area pages around the markets the regional team needed to reach. AMG aligned the website with Google Business Profile activity, seasonal Meta campaigns, tracked phone calls, website forms, short-form content, blog publishing, and an automated booking path.
The connected path moved from local visibility to action: search and social introduced the brand, the website explained the offer, forms and calls captured demand, and scheduling gave prospects a direct next step. Monthly reporting showed which parts of the system created activity.

In the first month under the coordinated approach, AMG reporting tracked 265 inbound calls and 105 form leads. Facebook generated more than 157,000 views; the initial landing page received an estimated 1,140 visits and converted at approximately 9 percent.
From February through July 2026, reporting recorded 2,706 tracked inbound actions across calls, Facebook leads, website forms, and calendar bookings. The six-month period included 102 automated bookings and approximately 1,048,100 Facebook and Instagram views.
The connected model continued contributing when the Richmond Google Business Profile temporarily went offline following a corporate email migration: other channels produced 400 tracked inbound actions in June and 469 in July while recovery was underway.
Why the connection matters More than isolated activity.
The gain did not come from one isolated tactic. It came from connecting local SEO, paid traffic, content, the website, tracking, booking, and ongoing optimization into one accountable system.
