Styling Painting How Styling Painting built a measurable lead system from the ground up
AMG turned strong project work and existing brand visibility into a connected acquisition system across paid social, Google search, the website, CRM routing, content, and online scheduling.
01 / Situation Start with the real starting point.
Styling Painting had quality work, customer relationships, and useful jobsite content, but no connected, measurable digital lead-generation system. Paid campaigns, lead routing, website scheduling, CRM notifications, and follow-up were not operating together.
The opportunity was to turn the company’s reputation and project footage into a dependable path from awareness to estimate requests, without relying on one platform alone.
02 / Connected system Connect the parts around shared priorities.
The work below shows how the website, visibility, acquisition, and follow-up fit the situation—not a list of disconnected tactics.
AMG launched a Facebook lead campaign and connected each form to a CRM workflow that notified the team as soon as a prospect responded. AMG developed recurring short-form content, used real projects to strengthen trust, and added an automated appointment calendar so prospects could schedule without waiting for manual coordination.
As the system matured, AMG added Google Ads to capture active painter searches, monitored website form performance, and helped identify website issues limiting access. Strategy expanded from one lead source into Facebook, Google, website forms, calls, and direct bookings.

The first tracked campaign lead arrived within days of launch. From December 2025 through May 2026, AMG reporting captured at least 258 lead, call, and booking actions, including 116 automated appointment bookings and more than 228,000 combined Facebook and Instagram views.
March was a turning point: the website produced 26 automated bookings, exceeding the 18 Facebook leads generated that month. Google traffic, the website, and booking flow were becoming meaningful acquisition channels.
In May, Google and automated website bookings matched Facebook lead volume with 15 each, while Google Ads produced eight additional tracked calls. Styling Painting was no longer dependent on one platform for opportunity flow.
Why the connection matters More than isolated activity.
Lead generation improved because campaign, content, website, CRM, booking calendar, and high-intent search traffic were designed to support the same customer journey.
