WIN Martial Arts How WIN Martial Arts replaced scattered marketing tools with a connected enrollment system
AMG unified a fragmented mix of vendors and platforms into one coordinated system for search visibility, content, advertising, inquiry capture, class scheduling, follow-up, and reporting.
01 / Situation Start with the real starting point.
Before AMG, the school paid separately for Facebook management, CRM automation, Google Ads, and website maintenance. Each piece had a vendor or tool, but no single partner owned how search, content, ads, the website, scheduling, and follow-up worked together. SEO support and overall reporting were unclear.
The school needed one enrollment system to build awareness, capture interest, schedule introductory classes, and show what happened after the click—not more disconnected activity.
02 / Connected system Connect the parts around shared priorities.
The work below shows how the website, visibility, acquisition, and follow-up fit the situation—not a list of disconnected tactics.
AMG refreshed the website and local SEO foundation, coordinated Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content, managed Google and Meta advertising, and connected lead capture to GoHighLevel CRM and a booking calendar. Content emphasized real classes, instructor credibility, practical self-defense, and youth and adult programs people were searching for.
AMG carried the infrastructure through the transition from Winning Warrior Krav Maga to WIN Martial Arts. Brand messaging, website content, paid acquisition, forms, calendar scheduling, and reminder workflows were updated together so the rebrand did not break the enrollment path.
03 / Reported results Read the activity in context.

- 4,276August 2024 through April 2025
From August 2024 through April 2025, the system generated 140 confirmed appointments, excluding duplicates. Social content produced approximately 637,700 views across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Google Ads generated 4,276 clicks; Google Business Profile recorded 1,491 interactions.
The website reached Google’s first page and was reported in the number one position for relevant terms by November 2024. Website traffic tripled after the refreshed site launched.
The system continued producing after the rebrand. A Google Ads-only test from May through July 2026 generated 53 tracked inquiries. In July, all 12 prospects who completed the website form also selected a class time through the automated calendar; four additional calls came directly through the campaign.
Why the connection matters More than isolated activity.
AMG did not simply replace one vendor. AMG connected the full journey from local discovery and content to inquiry, booking, reminders, and enrollment measurement.
